Happiness and a feeling of bliss happens when our soul is satisfied. Our soul craves satisfaction. To be satisfied the soul needs eleven essential elements. As the body needs nutrition, sunlight, water, and air to breath, our soul needs to have perspective, lovingkindness, humbleness, empathy, grace and mercy, certainty, peace, joy, work, gratefulness, and hope. Without perspective, seeing, understanding, our soul is lost in the mundane and pointless daily routine. Without lovingkindness our soul is focused on itself to be good and perfect not understanding that lovingkindness is grace, mercy, and forgiveness. To know lovingkindness is to be at peace with one's soul and therefore at peace with all others with empathy. Knowing grace and mercy makes our soul certain of a good life free from anxiety, fears, depression, frustration, guilt, and addictions. A soul that is humble is a thankful soul. A thankful soul is proof of a humble soul. Thinking one has to be perfect to be loved is not being humble. Joy, happiness, bliss come when our soul is at rest from trying to be something. We were all given life without earning or deserving life. Life has a beautiful purpose and as our soul grows so does our perspective and joy. Of course all life, all energy, is at work constantly. There is no life without work. The joy our soul receives gives us the energy needed for each days work. As we experience life we gain hope for our future. We are aware that our body has an expiration date and our soul receives what is sown.
There are eleven essential elements that satisfy our soul. Without these elements our soul finds substitutes that seem to help but don't. We become addicted to anything and everything trying to be satisfied. Only real lovingkindness works to satisfy.
