We all come from lovingkindness and we all return to lovingkindness
Knowing this changes everything.
Happiness is always available to those who understand how life works. To understand how life works a person must understand lovingkindness. Lovingkindness is the real power that gives life to everything and everyone. Being given life is proof of lovingkindness. There is no greater lovingkindness than to be given life. The laws of physics prove that nothing can be created or destroyed. Nothing can come from nothing. Therefore the energy from which everything and everyone comes from has always existed and will always exist. We all come from a pure act of lovingkindness and we all return to that lovingkindness.
The highest form of energy is lovingkindness because there is no higher purpose than lovingkindness. Knowing you are loved with kindness is health and is satisfying. Lovingkindness is always present to help in time of need. When a person knows they are loved with kindness they have joy and a meaningful life filled with energy. Lovingkindness is life. If you are breathing you are loved with kindness. Not knowing you're loved with kindness results in anxiety, fears, frustration, depression, guilt, and addiction. Like living in the dark. Lovingkindness is equal to the power of light. Light has absolute power over dark. Walk into a dark room and turn on the light. The dark vanishes instantly. We are given life to understand life and the lovingkindness that gave us life. No one can know the joy of the mountain top without first experiencing the valley. Yet even in the valley there is comfort and hope as we acknowledge the lovingkindness we all come from.
The first element of happiness is perspective which is the secret to understanding life and the lovingkindness that gives life. Without perspective there is no light. Without light there is no understanding. All eleven elements give happiness to our soul. Happiness is joy and the highest high. The energy that overcomes everything.
Lovingkindness is grace, mercy, and forgiveness which takes away our anxiety, fears, depression, frustration, guilt, and addition. We all have these prisons in one form or another because we don't understand life and the love that gives life. We are all made perfectly imperfect on purpose so we can know and experience the grace, mercy, and forgiveness of lovingkindness. If we were perfect we wouldn't know or need lovingkindness. No person is better or worse than anyone. All human beings are made the same.
All life grows Lovingkindness is necessary to grow. Grace, mercy, and forgiveness are necessary for a child to learn to walk and live life. All learning requires growth which requires lovingkindness. As a parent we watch over our children and care for them tending to their every need. Lovingkindness does the same. Even when we don't acknowledge the lovingkindness that gave us life, love remains constant. As we stay focused on lovingkindness and not ourselves we rise above and are healed by grace, mercy, and forgiveness. There is no growth without lovingkindness. When a person sees the lovingkindness given to them when they were given life they grow and mature. In fact very good neurological studies have shown that the limbic section of the brain where lovingkindness is absorbed determines whether our mind and body function properly.
As a lack of light results in darkness so a lack of knowing love results in pride. Pride says there is no need. Love says you need everything. We humans need the sun, water, and air and the love that provides it all. No person can keep alive their own soul or body. Life on earth is short on purpose. We all come from lovingkindness and we all return to lovingkindness. Every season has its reason and our life on earth has its reason.
The highest energy is lovingkindness because there is no greater purpose than lovingkindness that gives life. When we don't acknowledge lovingkindness we are bound to anxiety, fears, depression, guilt, frustration, and addiction. We can pretend we don't need lovingkindness but we won't be happy and at peace with ourselves or others.
Lovingkindness gives to you constantly and never takes anything from you. Lovingkindness is never deserved or earned. Lovingkindness is not given because a person is good. That would be conditional and true lovingkindness is always unconditional. Lovingkindness makes a person good out of grace, mercy, and forgiveness. Lovingkindness never thinks evil and understands we are made perfectly imperfect on purpose. We are born with the fear of falling. Lovingkindness lifts us up and keeps us from falling. Lovingkindness puts us in a place we will grow. Lovingkindness is pure light. Lovingkindness fills us with joy. Lovingkindness makes you rise above. Lovingkindness immerses you in peace. No one can make themselves good. Lovingkindness makes you clean, good, and healed with grace, mercy, and forgiveness. Lovingkindness is the perfect purpose. Lovingkindness is the energy that energizes the humble. Humbleness is required to receive anything and everything good. Living life is humbling on purpose. No growth can occur without humbleness. Thankfulness always follows true humbleness.
Everyone born will travel the winding road to love. Lovingkindness is the destination. In the end we will all know lovingkindness. We all come from lovingkindness and we all return to lovingkindness.
